Brimstone UXO Secures Top Business Awards in Medway and Kent
It has been an exciting, eventful and rewarding couple of weeks for Brimstone UXO, as we were awarded two prestigious business awards!
The Medway Business Awards and Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards are the first awards Brimstone has entered, as we wanted to wait for the right time in our company’s growth and development. This made winning at both of them even more special.
Medway Business Awards 2023: A Night to Remember
Businesses from across Medway came together on Friday 17th November for a glittering awards night at Priestfield Stadium to celebrate the Medway Business Awards 2023.
For over 38 years, these prestigious awards have celebrated the achievements of both large and small businesses based in the Medway area, highlighting innovative organisations committed to their workforce and who strive to provide an excellent product or service and make a difference in their community and sector.
We were thrilled to be awarded ‘SME of the Year’, and the Brimstone team had a great night celebrating with the other finalists and winners.
Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards 2023: Business of the Year
Less than a week later, we attended the Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards at Westenhanger Castle. It was another night to remember, with Brimstone being awarded the prestigious ‘Business of the Year’ award!
This award was open to any business, irrespective of sector, that demonstrated an outstanding performance in a number of aspects relating to business operations. This included commercial success, clear plans for growth, commitment to staff, local communities, environment and customers, a track record of innovation and strong leadership.
There are hundreds of successful, inspirational and innovative businesses in the Kent community, so to be awarded such an esteemed award has been an honour for everyone at Brimstone.
Wrapping Up an Extraordinary Year
Reflecting on the last couple of weeks, Aaron Florence, Brimstone’s Founder and Managing Director, comments:
